This is our 3 rd rug from Rugs Direct. We ordered and I called to see when our latest one was to be delivered. The call was answered straight away and a very nice guy explained that they were expecting it the next day and said at the latest it would be delivered at the latest within the week, ( it was very big and it was coming from the manufacturers ), well to my surprise and delight it was delivered today, the day after I spoke to him. It is beautiful and absolute quality , as were the others. We will definitely order again from here, it’s just excellent service all the way. Thanks guys xx

Not what i expected , when i ordered it asked you if you wanted the rugs to have this non slip underlay which i ticked yes . Then the price went up . Ok i thought , thinking the non slip underlay would have been attached to the rugs . No it's just a fleece piece of material that is sticky ... you can get if from Amazon or Ebay for alot less . The rugs thou are good quality but again you can find them online for less . The best bit thou they still slip . Would not but again .

Disappointing Experience! When I ordered my £177.24 rug I didn't see until phoning for a delivery date that it would be several weeks delivery as it was coming from Germany. I left it several weeks and phoned again and was told a delivery was due the following week. I left it two weeks before phoning again and was told "it's out of stock do you want to re-order?" It was confirmed it would be a new order and delivery would be 30 days. I agreed to re-order but later cancelled due to the unreliability of delivery information and possibility of not even getting the item delivered.

The rug arrived the day after ordering and is excellent quality at an amazingly low price. Faultless on line experience.

I purchased a rug for my dining room which is absolutely beautiful. I loved it so much I've purchased another for my living room. Delivery was prompt, the service was excellent. Appalling returns service. It cost me £48 to return a rug that was horribly shiny and cheap looking. There are other companies who do free returns so check before you buy.

Absolutely fabulous company! Not only are their rugs stunning and at very competitive prices the customer service is first class. I've had 2 queries,always late at night and yet they have both been dealt with early the following morning. I have no hesitation in recommending them highly and will definitely be using them again.

Terrible customer service! Will not be ordering from them again! You will not receive your sales invoice, which you are legally entitled too. When you then query said invoice they will blame the email provider …. such a shame as my daughter wanted one of their rugs.

I wouldn’t buy from this company again because of their returns policy. The rug wasn’t right in my room so I decided to return it. They don’t provide a free returns service and the cost to return it was very expensive. At the same time I ordered a rug from Next - you can return items to the shop very easily and they refund very quickly too.
